Dang! Was looking forward to good chicken and red beans and rice. Didn't get either. Chicken was old and under lamps for a long time- not juicy at all, dried out, their skin fell off. Disappointing. They said the red beans and rice are frozen in bags and defrosting will take 2-3 hours to thaw. C-mon! They didn't even take it out to thaw. So, that tells me that that store will not sell any red beans and rice today! Asked for fresh chicken and was told to wait an additional 30 minutes. Didn't have time and my kids were starving. So ugh, disappointed. Place was also dirty and there was also a trainee barely being supervised. Manager appeared sloppy and indifferent to our requests. Would be nice if Popeyes read these reviews and contacted those where they did not provide good customer service and/or quality food.

Terrible food & dirty restaurant. Not busy & still managed to get our order completely wrong. Bland chicken & bisquits. The cajun fries were good, but mashed potatoes were chunky & tasteless. No sauce or condiments as ordered. No napkins other than what was put in the bag. The floors were filthy & tables were not wiped down which is completely unacceptable for ordering after a lunch rush was over.
On a positive note, the cashier was friendly & 1 employee in the dining area who was actually off & waiting to go to his 2nd job was doing his best to clean up. But, why was the employee who was off doing more than the 5 ppl behind the line?

Not even a star! This place smells like a wet dog the moment you get in. Their food was cold. Managers and employees are watching TV while me and my husband are trying to order food from the counter and they ignored us while the cashier just walked passed by us to watch tv as well. 10mins later they realized we where there. We wanted fries as a side and cashier girl said were out my husband asked if she can make some and we can wait. She said "uh maybe" then she grabbed our food from the back and she had fries back there and we didnt had to wait and put all our stuff in the bag without asking us if it was to go or dine in. Here's a proof of employees and managers watching TV while at work. This place is terrible!

This place is garbage!!! Out of everything according to the employees and the manager walks around in house slippers! Haha wtf ghetto ass hell...normally that's fine but this place sux

This place needs new management, seems the can't either be open until closing time 10pm or they are out of things. I just pulled up to the drive threw with the light still on and was informed we have no more chicken. If a restaurant is open until 10, you have food available until 10. They are headed down the same road the other Popeyes have ended up Closed.
